Terms of service

These terms apply to pixdale.shop and to every order of women's high-low midi dresses and short embellished dresses placed with Chui King KO, 77 Lion Rock Road, Kowloon City, KL, Hong Kong SAR China. Placing an order means you accept them.

Orders and the contract

An order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send the order confirmation email. If an item turns out to be out of stock, or a price was clearly shown in error, we may cancel that part of the order and refund it in full before dispatch, and we will tell you why.

Prices and payment

Prices are in USD. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers, which handle the card details; we never see or store them. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at the moment it was placed, and it does not change afterwards.

Delivery and risk

Processing and delivery times, the shipping charge and the duties position are set out in the Shipping policy, which forms part of these terms. The risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us.

Returns

The return window, the condition a return has to be in and the refund timetable are set out in the Refund and return policy, which forms part of these terms.

Product information and sizing

Every garment is described from the piece we hold. Every dress page states the length from shoulder to hem, the lining, the closure and the fabric composition; the high-low styles are measured at both the front and the back hem. Colours can differ slightly between a screen and the fabric itself. Size labels follow the measurements printed on each product page; if a measurement sits between two sizes, the page says which way that style runs.

Care and intended use

The garments sold here are for normal personal wear. Midi and mini dresses have to be washed and dried as the care label instructs. Shrinkage, colour transfer or damage caused by washing against that label, by an alteration, or by normal wear is not a fault and is not covered by the warranty.

The photographs, descriptions and layout on pixdale.shop belong to Chui King KO or are used with permission. Copying them for commercial use needs our written consent.

Liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms, and for anything that cannot be excluded by law. We are not responsible for a business loss, or for a delay caused by a carrier, a customs authority or an event outside our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Nothing here removes a right you hold under a mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
