Refund and return policy

This policy covers every order of women's high-low midi dresses and short embellished dresses placed with Chui King KO through pixdale.shop.

14 days to return an item

If a piece is not right you may return it within 14 days of delivery. It has to come back unworn and unwashed, with the tags still attached and in the packaging it arrived in. Trying a garment on is expected; wearing it out, washing it, or having it altered is not, and a return that arrives in that condition cannot be accepted.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by you unless the item was faulty, arrived damaged, or was not what you ordered. In those three cases we cover the return in full. Send the parcel back with a trackable service; a return that goes missing on its way to us cannot be refunded.

How to start a return

Write to contact@pixdale.shop with the order number, the item and the reason. We answer within one business day and confirm the return address at 77 Lion Rock Road, Kowloon City, KL, Hong Kong SAR China. Please wait for that confirmation before posting anything, because a parcel sent back without it is difficult for us to trace and match to your order.

Refunds

When the return reaches us and has been checked, the price of the item is refunded to the original payment method within 5 business days. Refunds are issued in USD, the currency the order was placed in. Shipping paid on the original order is refunded only when the whole order is returned or when the item was faulty or wrong.

Size exchanges

If a size is wrong we can swap it while the size you need is in stock. Write to us with the order number and the size you want; we hold the replacement for 5 business days while the original is on its way back. If the size has gone, the return is handled as a refund.

Damaged or faulty items: report within 48 hours

Open the parcel when it arrives. A tear, a broken zip, a stain or a missing item is reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and the garment, and we replace it or refund it in full, shipping included. A fault that appears later is handled under the manufacturer's warranty for 12 months from delivery; a fault caused by wear, washing against the care label, or an alteration is not covered.

Parcels that do not arrive: report within 7 days

If the tracking has not moved for 7 days past the estimated delivery date, write to us with the order number. We open a trace with the carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, we send a replacement or refund the order in full.
